About The Role

Due to our continued and exciting growth here at TAC Healthcare, we are looking for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to join our team. As the Health & Safety Manager for TAC Healthcare, you’ll be accountable for the ongoing maintenance, development and continual improvement of our business and clinical QHSE management systems and accreditations. You will lead and develop the QHSE processes across all clinics and remote sites, promoting a culture of continual improvement amongst all stakeholders.

What you’ll do:

  • Day-to-day oversight / management of quality, health and safety processes across all locations
  • Act as the main focal point for the local QHSE compliance tool and reporting.
  • Enhance all quality processes and ensure that all Health, Safety, Environment procedures comply with HSE legislation.
  • Act as systems owner for business HSEQ management systems, including management of client specific audits, tender processes and accreditation submissions
  • Support Clinical stakeholders in development and maintenance of relevant clinical accreditations / approvals

About you:
 
  • Preferably formal qualification in HSE management, (NEBOSH General)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 45001 & 14001, SEQOHS and HIS requirements.
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills when working alone
  • Strong customer focus with ability to form good working relationships with both end users and colleagues
  • A flexible, enthusiastic, cooperative and confident approach to work and a can do attitude
  • Demonstrable experience in development, implementation and continual improvement of quality and safety management systems
  • Extensive audit / assurance experience, preferably with Lead Auditor certification
  • Prior experience in an Occupational Health / offshore medical services organization would be advantageous
