What You’ll Do

Develop and secure new business opportunities across key commercial sectors

Build trusted relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders

Align client needs with Occupational Health and fitness-for-work solutions

Work cross-functionally with our Account Management, Marketing, and Operations teams

Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to identify strategic opportunities

Represent TAC Healthcare at sector events and strengthen our brand visibility
What We’re Looking For

A proven track record of winning and delivering commercial contracts

Strong industry networks, ideally within Energy, Renewables, Construction, or Government

Experience with tenders, bid writing, and commercial sales processes

In-depth understanding of Health & Safety and Occupational Health services

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Organised, detail-oriented, and motivated by results
