Are you a detail-oriented, proactive administrator looking to contribute in a fast-paced healthcare role? TAC Healthcare are seeking a Global Administrator to support the BP Global Expat Health Clearance Process. Based in Sunbury this pivotal role sits at the heart of international health mobility, working alongside BP’s global health teams and our Medfit partners.
You’ll be the administrative backbone of our expatriate health process, liaising with key stakeholders across the business and ensuring that systems and workflows operate smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with defined procedures.
This is 1 year fixed term contract, working full-time Monday-Friday.
What you will do:
As a Global Administrator, your key responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Global Expatriation Health Single Point of Accountability (SPA) with all administrative tasks
- Managing data and documentation related to expatriate health clearances
- Acting as the key liaison between employees, the International Mobility team, the Medfit team, approved clinics, and BP health teams
- Maintaining effective communication across all stakeholder groups
- Ensuring adherence to process KPIs, SLAs, and confidentiality protocols
- Managing queries, escalating issues appropriately, and ensuring smooth workflow coordination
- Deputising for the Global Health SPA as required
- Completing mandatory training, including BP-specific learning modules
About you:
You’re someone who thrives in fast-paced, international environments and enjoys working collaboratively across teams. You will bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or support role
- A strong background in customer-facing or corporate environments; healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A calm, methodical approach to problem-solving, with strong analytical thinking
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365
- A discreet and professional attitude, especially when handling confidential matters
- Strong time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines independently
- Confidence to represent the team in meetings and present information when needed
- A team-player mentality with a proactive, can-do attitude
