As a Bank Occupational Health Advisor at TAC Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering a comprehensive Occupational Health service across on a remote basis. Working in accordance with the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s (NMC) Code of Professional Conduct and Scope of Professional Practice (or equivalent), you will predominantly support with remote case management.
This is a bank/adhoc role, working remotely.
What You Will Do
- Maintain professional and clinical standards in line with NMC guidance and TAC Healthcare procedures
- Ensure accurate and confidential patient records are maintained in accordance with clinical best practice
- Support sickness absence management by liaising with HR and HSE teams
- Advise clients on health and wellbeing strategies, contributing to the development of internal and client policies
- Support the promotion of TAC Healthcare services through professional service delivery and awareness of new company initiatives
- Provide case management remotely.
- Assist the administrative team with data input and related support tasks as needed
About You
You are a qualified and registered nurse with the NMC, bringing at least two years of experience in Occupational Health - ideally within sectors such as Oil and Gas, construction, local authorities, or manufacturing. You’re adaptable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum of 2 years’ Occupational Health experience
- Proven case management capability both face to face and remotely.
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Committed to ongoing professional development
Desirable Qualifications & Experience:
- NMC registration as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (OH) or a relevant Occupational Health qualification (Cert/Diploma/Degree)
- Experience with clinical case management
