About the role

TAC Healthcare are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join our growing and fast-paced organisation. This is a key role within the business, supporting the delivery of impactful HR initiatives and providing true partnering support to stakeholders across the organisation.

This opportunity offers the chance to contribute to a variety of business-critical projects including organisational change, acquisitions and employee engagement, while playing a central role in shaping the employee experience.

This is primarily an office-based role at our Wellheads site; however, we would consider one day per week working from home. We are also open to a four-day working week for candidates with significant experience.

What you’ll do:

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner to influence people strategies and behaviours
  • Support organisational design and change management initiatives
  • Manage and support TUPE processes, including data collation and consultations
  • Contribute to acquisitions, integrations and due diligence activity
  • Deliver HR reporting and people data to support projects and business decisions
  • Take ownership of employee relations cases, including support with tribunal preparation
  • Partner with managers across the business, providing coaching and guidance
  • Provide commercially sound and pragmatic HR advice
  • Support the development and learning of junior HR team members

About you:

  • Passionate about delivering a proactive, value-add HR service
  • Proven experience in a generalist HR role such as HR Business Partner, People Partner or similar
  • Strong employee relations experience across the full employee lifecycle
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
  • Experience of change management, TUPE or acquisitions would be advantageous
  • CIPD qualification and/or degree-level education preferred
