Step Into Leadership: Become Our Offshore Operations Manager at TAC Healthcare

As TAC Healthcare continues to grow, particularly within our Offshore division, we’re looking for a passionate and driven Offshore Operations Manager to join our team in Aberdeen. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity—working Monday to Friday—with the chance to shape operations and make a direct impact on both our people and our clients.

In this key role, you’ll provide end-to-end operational management of our Offshore services, overseeing the performance and deployment of our highly skilled Offshore Medics. From strategic planning to real-time decision-making, your leadership will ensure seamless delivery of care and service across all client sites.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing the planning and deployment of medics, ensuring all operational, clinical, and client standards are consistently met

  • Managing day-to-day performance and development of Offshore Medics, including inductions, one-to-ones, performance reviews, and setting clear objectives

  • Coordinating rota planning to ensure the right skill sets are always available at the right time

  • Leading routine operational calls with offshore and onshore teams, proactively addressing issues and planning new projects

  • Acting as the operational focal point for assigned client contracts, delivering exceptional customer service and client satisfaction

  • Implementing and monitoring site assurance tools to maintain safety, quality, and compliance standards

  • Supporting recruitment and retention efforts for offshore medical personnel

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in operations management and organisational effectiveness, ideally in offshore or remote environments

  • Strong background in people leadership - able to inspire, support, and drive performance across multiple teams

  • Excellent communicator with a proactive and collaborative approach

  • Highly analytical and calm under pressure, with a natural problem-solving mindset

  • Skilled in conflict resolution, negotiation, and stakeholder management

  • Comfortable with offshore and UK-wide travel as needed
