About The Role

TAC Healthcare Ltd is a well-established organisation in the Occupational Health industry. We are committed to delivering the highest professional standards while fostering a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace. Due to continued growth, we are seeking a diligent and proactive HR Assistant/Coordinator to join our Human Resources team.

What you will do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.

  • Support payroll, benefits, and absence management processes.

  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and induction activities.

  • Contribute to HR initiatives, including performance reviews, training, and employee engagement.

  • Draft HR documentation in line with company policies and employment law.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.

About you:

  • Previous experience in HR administration or coordination (desirable).

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.

  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

  • Discreet, professional, and capable of handling confidential information.
