At TAC Healthcare, we're on an exciting growth journey - and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to lead the charge in expanding our presence across multiple sectors.
As part of our strategic growth for 2025 and beyond, this role is key to building a strong, agile business development team. You'll be instrumental in driving new business across sectors like Energy, Renewables, Construction, and Government - helping us deliver world-class Occupational Health solutions to a growing client base.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Identifying and developing new revenue streams across diverse commercial sectors

Building high-level relationships with senior stakeholders in target industries

Understanding and aligning client needs with fitness-for-work and regulatory health requirements

Collaborating closely with our internal account management, marketing, and operations teams

Conducting market and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends

Representing TAC Healthcare at industry events and elevating our brand presence
What We’re Looking For:

Proven success in winning and implementing new business in commercial sectors

A strong network contacts, ideally within Energy, Renewables, Construction, or Government

Experience with commercial tenders and bid writing

Deep understanding of Health & Safety compliance and Occupational Health services

Exceptional communication, negotiation, and networking skills

Strong planning and organisational ability, with high attention to detail
